We secure captive plantations in West Kalimantan and directly operate the entire process from nursery to export shipment, producing eco-friendly wood pellet power fuel. Because we grow our own feedstock instead of buying it, we take responsibility for quality, supply — and the future of the forest itself.
우드펠릿은 쌓아두었다가 필요할 때 언제든 전기를 만들 수 있는 재생에너지 연료입니다. 기존 석탄발전소 설비를 그대로 쓰면서 탄소만 줄일 수 있습니다. Wood pellets are a renewable fuel you can stockpile and burn whenever electricity is needed — cutting carbon while reusing existing coal power plants as they are.

여섯 단계 전 과정을 단일 주체가 직접 관리합니다. 외부 원목 구매에 기대지 않는 구조가 품질·납기·가격의 변동성을 근본에서 차단합니다. All six stages are run by a single entity. A structure with minimal reliance on external log purchases blocks quality, delivery and price volatility at the root.
양묘Nursery
자체 양묘장에서 우량 묘목을 길러냅니다. 양묘연구실이 식재 효율을 연구합니다. Quality seedlings from our own nursery, backed by an in-house nursery research center.
조림Plantation
생산림 내 자가 조림지에 속성수를 순환 식재합니다. 모든 조림과 수확은 정부가 허가한 구역 안에서 이루어집니다. Cyclical planting of fast-growing species on our own land within production forest. All planting and harvesting takes place inside government-permitted areas.
수확·운송Harvest
직접 기른 속성수와 그동안 쓰이지 않던 가는 나무·자투리 목재를 수확해, 가까운 거리를 트럭으로 옮깁니다. We harvest fast-growing planted trees along with unused small wood and offcuts, trucking them a short distance.
가공·펠릿화Pelletizing
껍질을 벗기고 말리고 눌러 펠릿을 만들기까지, 모든 과정을 데이터로 기록해 품질을 관리합니다. From debarking and drying to pressing pellets — every step is recorded and quality-managed with data.
저장Storage
방폭 설계와 온도 감지를 갖춘 대용량 사일로에 안전하게 보관합니다. Safely stored in high-capacity silos with explosion-proof design and temperature sensing.

매년 수확량을 넘는 식재로 숲의 총량과 탄소흡수 능력이 계속 늘어나는 구조를 만듭니다. 숲을 소모하는 사업이 아니라, 숲을 불려가는 사업이어야 합니다. By planting more than we harvest each year, total forest stock and carbon-absorption capacity keep growing. This must be a business that expands the forest, not one that consumes it.
모든 과정이 추적 가능해야 한다 Every step must be traceable
식재—수확—가공—선적의 전 이력을 관리하고, FSC·SVLK 등 제3자 인증으로 합법성과 지속가능성을 물리적 사실로 증명합니다. 서류가 아니라 실체로 답합니다. We track the full history from planting to shipment and prove legality and sustainability through third-party certification such as FSC and SVLK — answering with physical fact, not paperwork.

우드펠릿을 향한 환경적 우려를 잘 알고 있습니다. 이 프로젝트는 그 비판의 모든 지점에 설계로 답하도록 만들어졌습니다. We know the environmental concerns raised against wood pellets. This project is designed to answer every one of them — structurally.
01원시림이 아닌, 허가된 생산림 조림지Permitted production-forest plantation, not primary forest
원료는 나라가 법으로 '나무를 기르고 수확해도 되는 숲'으로 지정한 생산림 안의 자가 조림지에서만 나옵니다. 원시림과 보호림은 사업 대상이 아니며, 모든 작업은 정부 인허가와 환경영향평가 절차를 거친 구역 안에서만 이루어집니다. Feedstock comes only from our own plantations inside forest the state has legally designated for growing and harvesting timber. Primary and protected forests are outside the business, and all work takes place only within areas that have passed government permitting and environmental review.
02이용되지 않던 자원의 활용Using resources that went unused
가구나 건축에 쓰이는 굵은 고급 목재가 아니라, 직접 심어 빠르게 기른 속성수와 그동안 쓰이지 않던 가는 나무·자투리 목재를 원료로 씁니다. 버려지던 자원이 에너지가 됩니다. Instead of thick, high-value timber used for furniture or construction, our feedstock is fast-growing trees we plant ourselves, along with small wood and offcuts that once went unused. Resources once wasted become energy.
03짧은 순환, 빠른 탄소 회수Short rotation, fast carbon payback
빨리 자라는 나무를 심고 짧은 주기로 수확·재식재를 반복합니다. 태울 때 나온 탄소를 새로 심은 나무가 다시 흡수하는 데 걸리는 시간이 그만큼 짧아지고, 매년 수확량보다 많이 심어 숲의 전체 양은 오히려 늘어납니다. 한창 자라는 어린 나무는 늙은 나무보다 CO₂를 더 빨리 빨아들입니다. We plant fast-growing trees and cycle harvest and replanting on a short rotation. That shortens the time it takes for new trees to reabsorb the carbon released when pellets are burned — and since we plant more than we harvest each year, the forest actually grows. Young, growing trees soak up CO₂ faster than old ones.
04가까운 바다, 낮은 운송 배출Short seas, low transport emissions
서칼리만탄에서 한국·일본까지 내륙과 해상 모두 단거리입니다. 원거리 공급원 대비 약 1/4 수준의 항로가 운송 배출을 구조적으로 낮춥니다. Both inland and maritime legs from West Kalimantan to Korea and Japan are short — roughly a quarter of the distance from far-off sources, structurally lowering transport emissions.
화석연료는 수백만 년 묻혀 있던 탄소를 대기에 더하지만, 우리가 만드는 연료의 탄소는 나무가 자라며 흡수한 '최근의 탄소'입니다 — 새로 심은 나무가 다시 흡수하는, 순환하는 탄소입니다. 석탄을 대체함으로써 연간 약 90만 톤의 CO₂ 감축에 기여합니다. Fossil fuel adds carbon buried for millions of years to the atmosphere. The carbon in our fuel is 'recent carbon' absorbed as the trees grew — circular carbon that newly planted trees absorb again. ※ 연간 생산량 60만 톤의 우드펠릿이 같은 에너지의 유연탄을 대체한다고 가정했을 때의 값입니다. 펠릿 발열량과 석탄의 IPCC 표준 배출계수를 기준으로 환산하면 펠릿 1톤당 약 1.5톤의 CO₂ 배출을 피하는 효과가 있으며, 이는 바이오매스 연료의 국제 온실가스 계상 방식을 따른 것입니다. ※ Based on 600,000 t/yr of wood pellets substituting the same energy from bituminous coal. Using pellet calorific value and the IPCC standard emission factor for coal, each tonne of pellets avoids roughly 1.5 tonnes of CO₂, following international greenhouse-gas accounting conventions for biomass fuels.
